About Us
Hickman Rose Strategies provides comprehensive, yet customized, solutions to solve the complex issues faced by you and your organization. We have quickly expanded from our initial focus on career development for professionals to offering management consulting services for entrepreneurs, organizations, and government agencies.
Our Founder and Principal, Fatimah Pierce, established HRS after her nearly 20-year career in the federal government, in which she employed targeted approaches to maneuver through the ranks to become a senior leader in several high-profile agencies. She is an expert in strategic planning, organizational development, and grants management, having overseen billion- dollar grant programs for emergency preparedness and recovery, economic and workforce development, and K-12 education.
Dr. Pierce holds a bachelor’s degree in human development and a master’s degree in organizational management. In addition, she earned her doctorate in public policy and administration, and she is a graduate of the federal Executive Leadership Program. Dr. Pierce uses her voice as a speaker and facilitator for conversations about inclusion and equity, leadership and career development, and business success.
